I started training with Max in September 2017 after being frustrated with a lack of gym progress, Max listened to my goals and what I wanted from the gym and set me a tailored 5 day a week weight training plan, along with diet advice. I train with Max twice a week, and 3 times on my own following a program. The difference six months is more than I ever expected, I really enjoy training now and that is something I never thought I’d say! Max keeps me on track with weekly progress assessments and regularly changes my weight training plan. Using Max as a PT was probably the best decision I made in 2017. In other news, Amit thinks he’s Max’s favorite client but it’s actually me 🤷🏼♂

Max got me on a programme to boost myself esteem before I went to visit my daughter in Australia. The programme had me visiting the gym 5 days a week with Mon, wed and Friday upper body and tue & thurs legs. At the same time my programme started Max discussed Nutrition with me and what foods where great for the hard work I was putting in at the gym with a mixture of carbs, protein and energy recipes that would help me. I found they both worked hand in hand and felt fitter than I had been for a long while after our 6 week programme I felt that confident in body I even brought a few vests for my trip an item of clothing I would never have dreamed of owning due to a lack of confidence in how I looked. Max would always meet me at the gym for my 1-1 sessions and would always be available on the phone to answer and questions that I had. Max also has his own boxing career going on which we went and supported him a few times at and it was a great evening with Max showing us that he can deliver the goods in the ring as well as out of it for all the people he trains. I would recommend Max to anyone as he is a friendly, reliable smashing guy who wants and knows how to get the best out of his clients!

I have only just started to work with Max and I can honestly say I can definitely notice the difference in my physique, my health and mentality. I have always wanted to be a boxer and Max has helped me sharpen my mind, my punches, my technique and reactions. After a few sessions I was throwing fast and precise punches and landed combinations im sparring. He knows so much and he is such a great trainer.
