My Story
Boxing introduced me to the world of fitness. I began boxing at the age of 16. It was the first time in my life I had ever been interested in sport or exercise.
My life changed in a massive way. It gave me the confidence I never had, not only in the domain of fitness but to all areas of my life.
Witnessing how much can change for the good by working towards your fitness potential is what has ignited such a huge passion in me for pursuing fitness and helping others do the same.
I became fascinated with how I could improve my boxing performance through strength and conditioning. I spent hours and hours reading every day and made the choice to study sports science at university.
After being awarded my degree in sports science in 2015, I began to work right away as a personal trainer in bedford and have not looked back!
Guiding my clients towards reaching their fitness potential and seeing all the positive changes always leaves me feeling very satisfied and content with what I do.
